Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist in defining and documenting user requirement and functional documents for banking and business operations and processes
· Assist in preparing test plans, test cases and test scripts for testing of application and system solutions,
· Assist in conducting user and system tests and document the test results,
· Assist in supporting users on testing the application and system solutions,
· Assist in setting user and system parameters,
· On-site standby and users support for customers’ implementation,
· Assist in conducting training on banking operations and any other system training
